PURCHASES
Licence2drive uses a secure payment gateway to ensure the security of all credit card payments. The payment gateway used by Licence2drive is PayPal Licence2drive does not keep the credit card details of its customers. All purchases are prepaid.
Cancellation Policy
Licence 2 Drive Driving School requires a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a driving lesson. If 24 hours notice is not provided, your lesson fee is non-refundable. A valid driving licence needs to present at the start of the lesson for it to go ahead or the lesson will be forfeited. Licence2drive will wait a maximum of 15 minutes after the pre arranged appointment for the student to arrive failure to do so will result in the lesson being forfeited. Any traffic offences incurred on a driving lesson are the sole responsibility of the student and any fines received will be paid by the student.
REFUND POLICY
All prepaid services are valid for a period of 12 months.
Any incomplete packages will be charged at the single hourly rate plus a $30 administration fee and refunded accordingly
